How to Add a New Account

This guide explains how to quickly create a new account, add contact information, assign a status, and enter locations.

Sign in using your username and password.

In the left-side menu, click Add Account.

Type the full name of the Account. It can be:

Below the name field, open the Status dropdown.

Status options:

Lead: Someone who may be interested, but you haven’t contacted them.
Contacted: You already reached out by email, phone, or message.
Won: This person or company became a customer.
Last: Shows the most recent recorded activity.
Not Interested: The person or company does not want to proceed. For this example, select Lead, and then click Create Account.
