Connecting Viber to your site
Viber is one of the leading messaging platforms in the world. You can connect Viber to your site and receive notifications when someone submits a reply to a contact form or makes an order in Your Store.

Important: this feature is available for Pro sites only.
To receive notifications when someone replies to a contact form on your site, follow these steps:
Go to the Site settings, Form Management, choose Integrations tab, and find Viber in the list:
Click on the QR code and scan it if you are using a mobile device or click Open in Viber app if you are using Viber desktop app:
Type "/start" into the input field and send it:
You will get a message with your chat ID:
Copy the code and paste it in the corresponding field in the notifications settings and click Connect:
If it’s connected successfully, you will see the green tick:
To enable the integration, go back to the Editor, find your Contact form, open its Settings and choose the Integrations tab. Toggle the Viber switch on:
Done! Publish your site to apply changes and start receiving notifications on contact form replies.
To receive notifications about new orders in your Viber messenger, go through the following steps:
Go to Site settings, Your Store, click Settings, and go to Notifications tab, and find Viber in the list:
Click on the QR code and scan it if you are using a mobile device or click Open in Viber app if you are using Viber desktop app:
Type "/start" into the input field and send it:
You will get a message with your chat ID:
Copy the code and paste it in the corresponding field in the notifications settings and click Connect:
