File download

The file download feature allows your visitors to download a file straight from your site by clicking on a particular element. Files can be downloaded to visitors’ devices or be opened in a new browser tab.

Click on the needed element and press on the "gear" to access its settings:



Tip: check the article Adding links to elements to learn how to add links to icons, images, texts, etc.

In the Action field, choose the File download option from the dropdown:



Then click on the Select file button:



Press the Upload file and select the relevant file from your device:



Important: Supported formats: .ZIP, .P7S, .DOC, .DOCX, .XLS, .XLSX, .PPT, .PPTX, .PDF, .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .GIF, .SVG, .STEP, .STP, .SLDPRT, .STL, .DXF, .IPT, .3MF, .3DXML, .PRT, .SAT. Maximum file size: 100 MB for images and .pdf files, 15GB for the rest.

Choose the uploaded file in the next window:




Publish your site for the changes to appear live.
