Renewing domain subscription
If you've purchased a domain directly from Devellp, we will renew your domain subscription every year automatically. In case you turn off the auto-renewal for your domain, or just want to renew it beforehand, follow the instructions below.
Access the Settings of the site to which the domain is connected and navigate to the Domains tab:
Click on the three dots near the needed domain and choose the Renew now option:
Check the renewal pricing in the pop-up window and click Renew:
Note: the payment for the domain subscription will be charged via your primary payment method. See how you can change it in the article Changing the payment method used for a Pro subscription.
Wait for a few seconds while the system is processing your payment:
You will receive the confirmation window if your payment has been successful. Click on Back to the domain settings to proceed with managing your domain.
