Setting up the backup payment method
Set up additional payment methods in your account to be able to switch between them at the checkout when purchasing our services.
A backup payment method will also come in handy when your primary one fails. Add multiple payment methods to make sure your subscription renewal is not interrupted.
- Open your dashboard and navigate to the Payment settings tab in the dropdown:

- Press on Add new in the pop-up window:

- Then, choose your payment method (Credit Card or PayPal), enter the new payment details and hit Add:

- In the opened window set the new payment method as a Backup and click Update:

- If you want to access the settings of the added backup method, click on it in the Payment Methods tab:

- In the opened window you can set it as a primary one or delete it completely from your account:

Done! Now, in case the primary payment fails, your backup will be charged instead. Besides, you'll be able to choose which method to use for upgrading at the checkout.
